Recommended Children’s Vitamins for Picky Eaters

This type of vitamin can help regulate kidney function and promote stronger bones. You can add to your child’s diet Vitamin D rich foods like fish, orange juice, and eggs.

According to the American Academy of Pediatrics, it’s typical for children to be picky about their diet during their toddler years. You can give them healthy food choices rich in vitamins and minerals to fuel their day. You can also add supplements to make sure your kids get the right nutrients that they need.
